About our privacy policy

This privacy policy applies to patrons. A patron is a visitor to a venue whose owner/operator is a customer of the TRACR Datasafe service. (“Service”). This policy may be supplemented by additional privacy statements, terms or notices provided to you. TRACR DATASAFE owns or administers the Service, as identified therein, is the primary controller of your personal information provided to, or collected by or for, the Service.

We collect information about patrons as a result of their interaction with the Service.

Information you provide to us

By using the Service we collect

  • • Contact details, such as your name, phone number or email address;
  • • Information about the venue you have visited e.g. name of venue, address and contact details of the venue's owner/operator;
  • • The date and time you interacted with the Service

How we use your information

We store the information collected from patrons for 21 days

  • • The information is not used in any way unless there is an requirement to comply with our legal obligations;

We do not share your personal information in any way with the following exception:

We will disclose your personal information if we have a good faith belief that such disclosure is necessary to:

  • • meet any applicable law, regulation, legal process or other legal obligation;
  • • detect, investigate and help prevent security, fraud or technical issues; and/or
  • • protect the rights, property or safety of TRACR DATASAFE, our users, employees or others; and as part of a corporate transaction, such as a transfer to or an acquisition by or merger with another company.
